The details needed for a conversation.
Google Analytics and your choice
Google Analytics 4 starts only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Google receives page views, device information, and interactions with consultation and contact links. The _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish visits and last up to 180 days. Your choice is stored locally for 180 days; change or withdraw it through “Cookie settings”. Withdrawal deletes analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop Google Analytics. Without consent, the Google tag does not load. Form fields, email addresses, enquiry text, URL parameters, and fragments are not sent to analytics. Automatic enhanced measurement, Google Signals, and advertising personalization are disabled. Google may process data outside Ukraine under its terms. Withdrawal stops future collection; contact ARDOME about previously collected data.

What the form collects
Your name, email, selected enquiry route, message, acknowledgement of this notice, and enquiry language. If you arrive from a project, its website slug is included in the email. These details let us reply and clarify the brief. Please do not use the form to send documents, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
How we use the details
To answer your enquiry, discuss a project or object selection, and agree further communication. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing. We ask for your consent to handle the enquiry; you can withdraw it using the contact below.
Delivery and retention
The website runs on Vercel; Resend sends enquiries to ARDOME’s Gmail inbox. These services may process data outside Ukraine under their terms. The website does not create its own enquiry database. ARDOME retains correspondence for up to 12 months after the last contact and deletes it during mailbox reviews, unless an agreed engagement or another justified need requires longer retention. Service copies and technical logs held by Vercel, Resend, and Google follow their own policies.
Requests about your details
You can request access to your enquiry details, corrections or deletion, and withdraw consent. Write from the email used in the form so we can verify that the enquiry belongs to you: ardome.design@gmail.com
Technical protection and analytics
To limit automated submissions we check the request origin, a short-lived form token, and attempt frequency. The application does not log message content or email addresses. On the production website, Vercel Speed Insights measures loading speed and visual stability without analytics cookies. Google Analytics measures page visits after your consent; Vercel Web Analytics is a fallback only when Google Analytics is not configured. We remove URL parameters and fragments before measurement; form fields are not sent to analytics. We do not use advertising trackers, session replay, or marketing cookies. Hosting and email services may maintain technical logs to operate and protect their systems.
